This Privacy Policy explains how HireCraft ("we", "us", the "App"), operated by Senacode, collects, uses and protects your information when you use our mobile application and services.
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, role (job seeker or employer), and the password you choose (stored only as a secure hash). If you are a job seeker, we also store your professional title, bio, saved jobs, and the applications you submit. If you are an employer, we store the job postings you create and your company details.
We use your information to: create and secure your account; show and match you with relevant jobs; let employers receive and review applications; let admins moderate content; and improve the App. We do not sell your personal data.
Your data is stored on secured servers. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Access to the App's authenticated features is protected with signed tokens (JWT).
When you apply to a job, the employer who posted that job can see your name, email and the details of your application. We do not share your personal information with any other third parties except as required by law.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile, applications and saved jobs.
HireCraft is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
